Here is how the evening will unfold:

• 5:00 – 5:20 PM | Arrival & Warm Welcome: Light snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and intentional mingling to help you settle in.
• 5:20 – 5:40 PM | Opening Circle: A guided connection activity to break the ice and set the tone for our safe space.
• 5:40 – 6:20 PM | Communication Foundations Workshop: Practical tools to command the room and speak with assertive presence.
• 6:20 – 6:40 PM | Net-Weaving Break: Time for genuine, high-value networking.
• 6:40 – 7:15 PM | Live Pitch Practice: Selected participants will present their pitch and receive immediate, actionable coaching.
• 7:15 – 8:00 PM | Reflection & Closing: Key takeaways, integration, and space to continue connecting.
